PINCH-WELD BLOCKS

Supporting cars on pinch-weld rails creates excessive pressure points which can gouge or tear the standard rubber blocks and damage delicate body rails on unibody vehicles. QuickJack’s urethane rubber pinch-weld blocks were engineered with a cross-cut slotted design, allowing you to position them lengthwise or crosswise. They’re the perfect body cradling tool to safely support rocker panels or sheet metal body rails, especially pinch-weld rails that have degraded over time due to corrosion from grime and road salt.

Ensure a longer lifespan for your lift blocks with QuickJack’s specially designed pinch-weld jack pads. These blocks are taller than our standard rubber blocks and can be placed independently in the lift block trays. They can also be stacked by placing a pinch-weld block on top of a small standard block. (The pinch-weld and tall standard blocks should not be stacked.) Stop using wood blocks, hockey pucks and towels that can slip or tear, resulting in vehicle damage, or worse, unstable lifting. Durable urethane rubber is impermeable to oil, grease and gas and will last for many years of simple, maintenance-free lifting.

PINCH-WELD PUCKS

Made of a urethane rubber material, round pinch-weld pucks are the perfect match for pinch-weld rails with difficult lifting points. No matter how much material is surrounding your lifting point, the round puck-like design of these lifting pads will safely secure your car, while protecting both your pinch-weld and the surrounding material.

Over time normal lifting pads can sustain damage on unibody cars with a pinch-weld rail access point, and can even cause slight damage to the rail. Because of their unique construction, heavy-duty pinch-weld contact pads are the ideal solution to any trade-show cars or exotics with a unibody construction. Our square pinch-weld block accessories are perfect for dealing with unibody frames, but their design could possibly harm any material that is closely surrounding your pinch-weld lifting point. Round pinch-weld pads allow you secure your lifting point without infringing on any nearby material.

Made from a durable urethane rubber, round pinch-weld pads fit securely in the lifting tray for every QuickJack model and are resistant to both liquid and physical damage. As you are lifting, the round slotted pucks hold your pinch-weld firmly in place, protecting your undercarriage and eliminating any risk of slippage. SUV / TRUCK ADAPTOR KIT

Most SUVs and trucks require adapter sets for maintenance. Your portable car lift system is capable of reaching the undercarriage of virtually every vehicle that does not exceed the unit’s lift capacity. Best of all, while using SUV and truck adapters, QuickJack remains perfectly stable and secure at all times.

Take your garage lift to its max extension with as much ease as you would a Mustang or Ferrari. And if you do have a smaller vehicle to work under, it’s easy to replace the adapter set with QuickJack’s conventional stackable rubber blocks takes in no time at all. Just swap them out in the block tray and you’re done!

To support your heavy vehicles, a rugged, cross-textured base pad sits securely in the QuickJack block tray, supporting the same stackable adapters and rounded lift pad that you might see on any frame-engaging car lift. Incredible stability underlines our truck adapter design, maximizing your overall safety. To this end, QuickJack remains CE Certified when the truck adapter set is in use, which means you can enjoy a garage lift that’s truly portable and perfectly suited for light trucks and SUVs.

Why isn’t the SUV & Truck Adapters Set compatible with the 3500SLX?

While QuickJack’s truck adapters will technically fit in the lifting trays of every model, high-stance trucks and SUVs will weigh over 3,500 lbs. This makes them unsuitable for use with the 3500SLX. Plus, the 3500SLX features a shorter frame that most likely wouldn’t provide adequate balance for longer wheelbases.

We recommend the 7,000-lb capacity 7000TL  or  7000TLX for heavy-duty lifting applications.

FRAME EXTENSION SET 

Instantly increase QuickJack’s versatility

When you own multiple vehicles, you probably use each one for a different purpose. There’s your daily driver, your racer, your hotrod, your truck, etc. QuickJack is an extremely versatile car lift, but QuickJack’s standard, 60″ lift point spread won’t cover everything.

With this new QuickJack accessory, you will now be able to accommodate OEM jack points that are spread farther apart than the current TL and SLX models allow. These easy-to-use extensions make it convenient and safe to gain up to 6″ of extra reach and 1.5″ of extra lifting height. It’s just as easy to remove and return your TL or older SLX to its regular state. This is the ideal QuickJack accessory for anyone with multiple vehicles and a variance of chassis measurements.

A perfect fit

The frame extension adapters drop snugly into QuickJack’s lift trays. There’s no guesswork as to how the adapter fits on the frame: rugged, welded, tubular steel standoffs (found on the bottom of each adapter), slide perfectly against the edges of QuickJack’s rubber block trays. At just 32.5 lbs. each, the adapters are lightweight enough to pick up and carry. Once the extenders are in place, set QuickJack’s rubber blocks in the trays just as you would when using frames alone.

CAUTION: While the adapters are designed to be snug and secure in the lift tray, they are not meant to serve as a handles when rolling the QuickJack around. DO NOT attempt to roll your QuickJack frames with extensions in place.
